| The
Company has entered into a MOU with M/s. Drushya
Entertainment Broadcast Streams Ltd Vizagapatanam
for Web-casting the internet films rights of the
Company on a revenue sharing basis.
The Tamil feature film
titled "Ullam Ketkume" starring Mr.
Shyam, Laila and others, Directed by Mr.Jeeva
with music by the Ace Music Director Mr. Harris
Jayraj was released on 2nd June 2005. This hit
movie has received rave reviews from the print
and electronic media. The film had completed 100
days run and reconfirmed company's reputation
for making quality movies.
The Company has launched
the production of "Parampadam" the first
ever live 3D Television Serial on 29th August,
2005 at AVM Studios at Chennai. Mr Daniel Symmes
from Los Angels, the inventor of 3DR, is appointed
to shoot the 52 episode serial along with his
crew of very high international standard. This
Serial is a bi-lingual production in Tamil and
Hindi to be broadcast on leading Tamil and Hindi
Satellite Channels.
The Company has entered into
an MOU with M/s.Siddesh Films Pvt Ltd, Mumbai
for the forming a Joint Venture on a Profit Sharing
basis of 50:50 to produce films in Hindi. Big
names in Bollywood like Mr.Sanjay Dutt, Mr. Aneez
Bazmee and Mr. Mahesh Manjrekar are to be involved
in Company's projects. The 70% of the Project
cost will be raised by Siddesh Films and the balance
gap funding will be bridged by GV Films Ltd.
The Rights Issue of
the Company was oversubscribed by approximately
1.20 times. 40,42,50,000 Equity Shares of Re.1/-
each allotted on 04th October 2005. Trading approval
from M/s. The Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd, Mumbai
was received on 14th October 2005 with effect
from 17th October 2005. |
